When you Have 2 Under 2.....

interact with mama alone floor time occurs various times a day.

Even when mama takes time out to interact with sweet bundle one on one, it becomes an entire family affair.  Mama may also not have the time to care that Bella's dirty toy is laying on the babies play mat.

Your children may grow up confused about what is acceptable in terms of fashion in society.
Exhibit A (hand me down blue and white boy sleeper on your girl)

Exhibit B (bright pink, strawberry binky that your son has now claimed as his)

As a mother of 2 under 2 you will probably just shake your head and laugh.  The truth is it does not matter what society thinks since you have not left your home since Thursday with the kids because getting them out in rain is way to much of a hassle.  Also, if you look really close you realize that the strawberry binky is covering the mess of crusted food and snot that always seems to be present on your toddlers face.  (The mess that will more than likely be there until bath time, because of the simple fact that you have 2 under 2.)

You may decide to try to take the strawberry binky from your son...

Only to quickly give it back because quite frankly you hear enough crying daily as it is, and it is not worth another tantrum.  You truly pick your battles.

You laugh and think about "how hard" you thought having one baby was HAHA.

You reminisce about how you used to take the time to get your baby dressed and set up before ever daring to snap a picture when you just had one.  Now, you are lucky enough to get a picture of your children daily.  You choose to ignore the fact that they are in their pj's and have crusted snot and food on their face.  You are just happy you actually got a picture without one or the other screaming.

You may have had your first 10 hour stretch of solid sleep in the last 14 weeks last night! Both of my children slept the entire night. No fussing, no getting out of bed, nothing!!! Praise Jesus!

You finally take a picture of your used to be "fur baby", for the first time in months.  The dog who used to be groomed on a monthly basis, and who was the center of your life is now a fluffy, furry mess.  However, you still love her just the same.

Did I mention how hard I laugh when I think about how Hard I thought having one child was. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!
